So why not put your focus on what you Do want?

It really is a simple process.

Stop thinking about what you don’t want.

How? Just stop!

Stop telling yourself negative stories.

Stop going over negative conversations in your head.

And… Stop the rampage on yourself, your energy, and your mood with negative thought patterns.

Just stop!

Now, turn your attention to something better.

Reach for a better feeling thought.

Anything.

Just reach.

From there you have access to something better – A higher version of your own energy.

You actually are that much closer now to what you DO want.

Keep reaching, keep switching your focus, until you begin to feel better.

That’s how you know you’re on the right track.  You  begin to feel better.

Now that you feel better, start dreaming!

This is the energy that creates good fortune, good relationships, and good fun!

Focus on what you Do want – whatever it may be.

Start imagining what it will feel like when you have what you want.

A powerful shift for powerful results if practiced on a daily basis.

Practise shifting out of negative mind chatter.

Practise reaching for better feeling thoughts.
